A bold Cajun remoulade built on mayo, ground mustard, horseradish, and Tony Cachere's. Dill relish and lemon juice keep it bright; hot sauce gives it the kick.

The Story

A Cajun remoulade built for shrimp po boys — creamy, tangy, and with just enough heat. Tony Cachere's and horseradish do the heavy lifting; the dill relish and lemon juice keep it from getting too heavy.
